Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if it is not suitable simply return the item for a full refund (excluded any delivery charges) or exchange.
Any item may be returned anytime within 30 days from the date of dispatch for a refund or exchange.
Important - For hygiene reasons please ensure that the gusset protector is in place. If they are not in place or if they have been removed we will not be able to refund or exchange the item.
Faulty/ Incorrect Item
Unfortunately manufacturing faults do occasionally occur. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item or an item you have not ordered please contact our customer service team on +44 (0) 1132 905714 and we will be happy to assist further.
Returning an item
If you would like to return an item please ensure that it is unworn, un-tampered with, and in its original packaging.
Please return the item to us with an enclosed note stating your full name, address and reason for return.
We advise you to use a recorded delivery service when sending the item(s) back.

Return postage fees cannot be refunded unless the reason for the return of the goods was due to an error made by us. If the error is ours we will then refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order.
As with most online retailers goods returned after 21 days may not be refunded, although of course we welcome your custom. Please allow 14 days for refund to be processed and refunded to your card. We will send you an email to let you know when the refund has been processed.
